Please review all homework and the classwork packet from Topic 12.

Please review Study Guide and all materials sent home about Light.

Please return Field Day permission slips no later than Friday!
Field Trip on Wed. 5/15- Students should wear their gym uniform, with old sneakers. Please pack a full lunch in a bag (ALL food/drinks brought to the zoo will be thrown away)
Phonics- We will…study the long i and long o sounds and suffixes -ly and -ful.
Grammar-We will…continue to look at prepositions and work to identify prepositional phrases.
Reading-We will…be reading Fiction stories and looking for story elements (Character, Theme, Setting, Problem, Solution).
Writing-We will…be writing about our trip to the Queens Zoo
Math-We will…begin Topic 13: Money and Time
Religion-We will…study Chapter 24: We Celebrate the Mass.
Science-We will…take out test on Light and continue to investigate the parts and Life Cycle of a Butterfly.
Social Studies-We will…take our test on Communities Part 1 and continue to discuss “Famous People”.
